Protests at the Wik sell-out moved to Prime Minister Howard's Sydney office today. At 9.30 am this morning The Greens action team scaled the outside of the Phillip Street parliamentary offices and unfurled a giant banner reading "Shame Howard Harradine".

"These courageous protesters have highlighted the injustice of the shameful Howard-Harradine Wik deal. It panders to One Nation's racist policies. The consequences will be felt for generations to come", said Greens Senator Bob Brown.

"These protesters have shown the courage that Senator Harradine lacks. They have stood up to the Prime Minister while Senator Harradine has capitulated.

"If anyone wondered why the Prime Minister prefers One Nation and Senator Harradine to the Greens and the Democrats in the Senate, this is the reason.

The protesters roped themselves to the front of the Prime Minister's building to ensure that their banner stayed in place and could be read by the office workers and shoppers in the Sydney central business district.
