David McKnight is Associate Professor and Senior Research Fellow at the Journalism and Media Research Centre at the University of NSW, and a former journalist at The Sydney Morning Herald and ABC TV's Four Corners.

He is the author of the new book, Ruper Murdoch: An investigation of political power which examines the recent phone hacking scandal and the influence of News Corporation.

Senator Bob Brown is the Leader of the Australian Greens and a vocal advocate for the establishment of the Finkelstein inquiry into Australia's print media.
