A number of questions need to be asked about the media tip offs about the recent raids on terror suspects.

On Wednesday 2 November, Prime Minister Howard announced the recall of the Senate to change the word 'the' to 'a' in one section of the Criminal Code. This was to help arrest alleged terrorists. The Greens voted for the changes in the Senate but questioned then both the need for, and process used, to introduce this amendment.
